Pros

Great company culture. Everyone wants to win and willing to help each other with clients and goals. Leadership is transparent about company's direction and growth goals. You have the opportunity to come in and physically see the impact you are making. Not always the case when working a much larger shop. Employees are heard when voicing the things and and goals they want to gain from their role within the company. Customers are fun to work with, and they love the product!!!

Cons

Still building infrastructure on some items. Everything may not be on a silver platter like working for a large company, but there's great joy in helping build that!

Pros

• You get a lot of responsibility quickly. If you like owning big problems early in your career, this is a good place to be. • The mission is meaningful - helping banks and credit unions adopt AI responsibly actually matters, especially for smaller community institutions. • Smart people who genuinely care. Most teammates are hardworking, collaborative, and trying to do the right thing. • Real exposure to verticalized SaaS / AI: long sales cycles, complex implementations, regulated customers. Valuable experience if you want to build a serious career in tech. • There’s room to shape things. Processes aren’t so rigid - you can influence how the company operates.

Cons

• Typical startup growing or maturity pains. Have to be comfortable with priorities shifting, ambiguity, first-time leaders and managers vs. experienced. • Teams can feel stretched. Goals are ambitious and resourcing doesn’t always keep up. • Communication can be uneven. Strategy at the top doesn’t always translate cleanly into execution across teams. • Selling into banks is challenging and sometimes unpredictable, which can create pressure internally.

Pros

I’ve been at Posh for four years, which in startup time feels like a decade. I’ve experienced major growth — both professionally and personally — and have had the opportunity to evolve alongside the company through exciting wins and some challenging seasons. What stands out most is the opportunity. If you’re someone who raises your hand, takes initiative, and is willing to stretch outside your comfort zone, there’s real room to grow here. I’ve been trusted with increasing responsibility over time, and that trust accelerated my development more than any formal training program could have. Like many startups, there have been ups and downs. Priorities shift. Roles evolve. Change can happen quickly. At times, that can feel uncomfortable — but it’s also where a lot of learning happens. The people who thrive here are adaptable, solution-oriented, and resilient. The team is made up of smart, hardworking people who genuinely care about the product and our customers. I’ve built strong relationships and worked alongside colleagues who challenge me in the best way. It’s not a perfect company — no growing company is — but if you’re looking for a place where you can make a tangible impact, develop quickly, and be part of building something meaningful, Posh offers that opportunity. Real ownership and growth opportunities Smart, driven teammates Meaningful impact on customers Fast learning environment

Cons

Startup pace can feel intense Change and ambiguity are part of the culture Processes are still maturing in some areas
