Excellent After School Learning Center - Assistant Teacher Positive Ally Employee Review

Positive Ally has wonderful management and I feel that my skills and talents are respected and utilized. I've been with the company for 9 years and there's nowhere else I would rather work! Positive Ally is an environment that is positive, friendly, and professional!

I only have PROS!

Supportive and friendly work environment. The head of the company often stopped by our location and helped out. Never felt like he was micromanaging he was just really friendly and liked to be involved and help employees. I got the feeling that he really cared about the quality of the experience for the kids and for the teachers.

Not full time. The most hours I could get were 18 a week. It was nice as a side job but rent is not cheap out here so I unfortunately had to move on. Was expected to pick kids up from local schools to bring to the center and drive a large van with little training. Not my favorite experience ever but I did learn how to drive a large van, so there is that.
