It will be 9 years in May 2026. It has been a tremendous experience working and learning from each department. We don't just work, work, work. We have fun onsite and offsite with each other and our families!!!

New President has helped change the culture and atmosphere for the better. Upper management is now eager and willing to spend money on equipment and tooling to perform jobs correctly and competitively. Small company size allows individuals to have a large impact on overall company performance.

Training system has been long neglected and is currently being updated and revamped. Older equipment throughout facility.
