      Thank you for your review of our organization. We enjoy feedback on the items we do well, as well as identifying items that need more attention. We do have a plan for updating our facilities and equipment after budget finalization. Where I am truly concerned is the safety issues. Please communicate any safety issues to our EHS Coordinator so we may correct these issues as soon as possible. I encourage you to voice these concerns to higher leadership to ensure it is addresses swiftly and appropriately.

      Pros

      New President has helped change the culture and atmosphere for the better. Upper management is now eager and willing to spend money on equipment and tooling to perform jobs correctly and competitively. Small company size allows individuals to have a large impact on overall company performance.

      Cons

      Training system has been long neglected and is currently being updated and revamped. Older equipment throughout facility.
