Cons
Narrow walking space for teachers and children to walk. Waiting area for the children's toilet are cramped. And one of the classroom is next to the toilet. Safety hazard. The school layout is bad. Seriously not condusive for a preschool setting. Always shortage of teachers. Keep moving from classes to classes for lessons. Classroom management very bad - children don't listen to instructions. Always running on the hallway instead of walking. Teachers not helpful. Always relying on ATs for routine when we can do it together to save time and safety. Don't understand why teachers are not fixed on one class. Instead they teach different subjects and move from one class to another. Very confusing.
