Regarding turnover, we acknowledge that it can impact morale and productivity, and we're committed to understanding the underlying reasons and implementing strategies to improve retention. We've had zero turnover in the leadership team since last year. We continuously seek feedback through channels like Glassdoor, internal surveys, and one-on-one conversations to identify areas for improvement.
As for concerns about leadership, we understand the importance of strong leadership in fostering a positive work culture and driving organizational success. We have VPs in the technology team but there is no CTO. We're dedicated to providing our leaders with the support, resources, and training necessary to effectively lead and inspire their teams. Additionally, we encourage open communication and transparency at all levels to ensure that concerns are addressed promptly and appropriately.
We genuinely appreciate your feedback, as it provides us with valuable insights into areas where we need to focus our efforts for improvement. As you know, our employee satisfaction was a 4.2 out of 5 in December 2023.
