      This place has an amazing work life balance and a culture that is truly one of a kind. I look forward to going to work everyday.

      Cons

      The company has many growing pains from expanding so fast. I trust this will all be figured out soon, but some get pretty discouraged. The new employees outnumber the "old" in some departments.
