Pros

Work life balance Most of mid and lower management is down to earth and approachable Great product portfolio Invested employees I heard that headquarters have fun employee events Nice campus in Lakeville, MN Generous annual bonuses.

Cons

CEO and some of the Executive team are not friendly and do not relate to their employees. No investment in their employees - career path/on-going learning opportunities are limited. Nepotism: promotions are given to a select few and others are passed over. Too many acquisitions of new businesses (every 3-5 years) and many issues with integration. New products are not innovative enough and they keep recycling through the same flavors. They do not invest in new and or complete systems/applications. Multiple systems amongst departments, so systems do not speak to each other. No diversity at corporate office and DEI is nonexistent. Management can be retaliatory. Ageism is rampant.
