The number of vacation days

The supervising attorneys are not on the same page as HR and the rest of management. They do not give you an available hours and then do not give you raises and bonuses because you do not meet your available requirements. Their computer system is a mess and is disorganized. They blame people for other peoples mistakes.

Pros

Toxic tort department is very fast-paced and you’re never looking for something to do. Attorneys in toxic tort department have high expectations, but are invested in hearing from staff about team culture and how to support them.

Cons

Communication between Pittsburgh office and Philadelphia office is sometimes lacking or slow. Toxic tort department currently understaffed due to increased clientele. Some people will struggle to keep up with the pace and volume of litigation.
