Pros
A company that has a lot of ambitions, BUT lack the energy and guts for execution of its strategy. High fixed salaries to senior management (aprox 5M SEK per person per year on Group Senior Management level) without and performance targets.
Cons
No hands-on execution strategy to change culture and mindset of the old timer employees. Strategy not set by senior management, its done by expensive management consultants. HR make a lot of fluffy "air time noice) but no real effect on terminal employee situation.
