Pros

Great if you love chatting with regular daily customers while grabbing them their packages and mail.

Cons

Minimum wage. Labor intensive. I was given many duties that were not included in my initial job description, including graphic design and tech support. Postal Annex IS a franchise and as such, corporate is a constant reminder that you're not making them enough money. The prices are set by the owner and are usually high, expect complaints from regular postal, FedEx and UPS customers.

Pros

Very easy work - all the data entry side of managing mailboxes is simple and self explanatory, as is the POS and Shipping systems (postal and cashmate) Slow days, plenty of time to catch up on your book backlog when store chores are done.

Cons

Low pay, no benefits for full-time, managers that are somehow both micromanagers and absent/indifferent. Awful, entitled customers. Poor quality of training.
