Pros

-This is a company which really sets the right benchmark in terms of people, culture and product. -A large workforce here consists of young people and this creates a vibe full of positive energy and hunger to succeed in whatever you do. -Interns here are really taken care of and treated like just another employee. You'll get swags, occasional gifts, time off(depends on your manager) just like what a regular employees gets. You'd be paid and fed well XD -The leadership is very kind, understanding and vision driven who push their team to keep learning new things. -Communication channels are really open and even the CEO is just a slack message away. -It would be good to say that this is an org which strictly follows a Employee First policy. -Great Diversity and Exposure! You'll meet people from places around the globe.

Cons

Pros

There are no pros whatsoever at Postman. Any positive reviews you currently see on here are from HR and from people that HR actually asked to write positive reviews.

Cons

Zero stars. This place is a mess from the top down. Leadership loves to publicly berate employees and believes that will motivate them, there is no culture left, no partnership or collaboration at all between teams. It is truly a blame game at all times. I am seriously wondering how the CRO has managed to still be employed given that he has never made his number, is the most boring, dry and uninspiring person I have ever heard speak and has somehow managed to avoid interacting with sales and with customers for the 16 months he has been here. In three years, I never once had a career growth discussion with any of the 6 managers I was shuffled around to. New policies implemented make sure Postman is only catering to one type of employee and is not flexible for anyone that has any other responsibilities whatsoever outside of their job.
