Founder spent countless money on overseas trips for meetings that could of been done on a call, so he could play golf and party. Didn't listen to his staff and would bully people to their mental limit in order to get his way. Zero financial discipline - why are people getting five figure bonuses when the company never made a profit? Despite earning himself and other c-level staff earning 6 figures, would just fire other staff to avoid having to take a paycut and make the numbers look good. Ignored all advice on product and strategy which ultimately lead to some terrible deals being signed out of desperation. Founder was pushed out of the company mid-2019. Company went into liquidation in April 2020 and a competitor purchased the assets, which is now being marketed as an "exit" for the founder. Prime example of failing upwards as he was gifted another CEO role.
