This company genuinely care about your personal development and wellbeing. They are open to listening to feedback and making changes to help improve the employee experience. They leaders are personable and kind. They live and breath their core values and bring everyone along on their journey. Its hard to not believe in the brand.

With such dramatic company growth its been hard to keep up so reviewing and updating processes and procedures to support that growth is essential (and currently in action)

-The best team to work with. Everyone is working towards the same goals and want the best for the company -The management team are so supportive of everyone -I feel so appreciated by the management team every day, not a day goes by where we don't get thanked for our work -Employees are cared about as people, not just a number. Every team member is receiving financial support over the winter to help with the cost of living crisis. -So much opportunity for growth and the management team encourage this. I have been given a lot of opportunity to progress in my 2&1/2 years at Postworks and have been taught so much by other members of the team -Free coffee and lunch every day -As a mum of a young child I am so grateful that Postworks understand that sometimes things happen (child being poorly etc) and always encourage us to put our families first. I have been able to work flexibly and split my time between home and the office since returning from maternity leave which has been invaluable to our family.
