Working at Pathero, everyone is very nice, friendly, and easy to talk to. People are treated with respect, and I’ve never felt disrespected while working here. The team is supportive and collaborative, and colleagues are approachable regardless of seniority. It’s a positive work environment where communication is open, and there are opportunities to learn and grow.

The environment is quite fast-paced, which can take some getting used to but also makes the work exciting.

Free food at canteen which give you diarrhea and free coffee

Toxic workplace, managers always blame staffs, lots of misscommunication, playing favourite to all the bules / westerners. Locals pay way less compare to the bules
