Good experience right out of college with working with children who have behavioral issues. Encouraging to see a company employ people who have little to no experience. Work collaboratively with therapists, who can provide tips & assistance along the way. Short one page document that was easy to fill out for each of your sessions. Great work/life balance d/t having to work only 2-4hrs per day. Staff responsive to emails.

Lack of training. D/t nature of contract work, lack of hours per week, leading to very little salary. Some children were very strong and hard to control, but I was not provided with prior tips or assistance with how to deal with those types of situations.
