Pros

There are some truly talented and wonderful people here. You're rewarded and incentivized by bringing good ideas to the table. The organization isn't "flat", but employees do have the ability to suggest ideas and to pursue them. People eat lunch together, warmly welcome new teammates, and are great at what they do. The funds and strategies are terrific products.

Cons

The teams can feel siloed, and there could be more clarity on decision-making. You will be in office five days a week as there isn't currently a policy on hybrid work. There are some busy seasons which mean it can be difficult to manage competing priorities, but this is work.

Pros

-Amazing office facilities and expansion coming up -Fun employee events -Lots of snacks, drinks, perks -Present leadership on site, and always accessible

Cons

-It's fast paced -It's in a growth phase so structure and processes are still changing a lot, not the greatest if you are not the most flexible person -I left due to relocation because it's in office 5 days a week

Pros

Let's be real, people are always more likely to write bad then good online. There are a lot of pros working at Potomac such as: - fun environment - room for growth - do well, get treated well despite what some of these negative reviews from disgruntled employees indicate - hilarious and awesome social media presence - snacks provided and lunch/breakfast much more often than other companies - company suite at commanders stadium offered on occasion for employees Yes, turnover rate is high in some peoples eyes. This is a fast paced environment in which you need more grit than a typical 9-5. That's just how it is. I think it's better to fire people that are in the wrong seats, insubordinate, or not willing to learn and move out of their comfort zone. I would rather that than have coworkers that don't work hard, speak back to leadership or frankly just do not fit in this fast paced environment.

Cons

- Early mornings take getting used to - Growing faster than we can hire (but that's growing pains)
