Potratz Response
10yUnfortunately advertising is a field that demands hard work, and even though we do embrace a fun and rewarding environment, it can’t solely be all fun and games all day long. We do support our team having fun, and we love that POTRATZ is a place where people can build lasting friendships, but the simple truth is, no company is going to pay people not to work, life just doesn’t work like that.
Our agency is one that puts our clients first and foremost, and they expect to be given the work they pay for. We can’t charge them money and then not deliver what is promised, and yes sometimes that means that you may have to work past the regular 9-5; ask anyone in advertising, it’s the nature of the business.
We are a company of over 40 individuals and given that we only have 15 reviews, it doesn’t seem very likely that we “forced” everyone who worked here to write a positive review. Full disclosure? Of course we appreciate good reviews...what company wouldn’t? But we do not force anyone to write anything; it’s your own personal right to decide to write a review, positive or negative.
In response to your comment about the cameras, we are located in a 28,000 square foot building and installed security cameras in the hallways and entranceways as an effort to maintain a safe and secure environment for all of our team members.
Thank you for your feedback, and good luck in all of your future endeavors.
