      Vacation, health insurance, 401K, sick leave, petty cash, car allowance, close parking, cell phone, Christmas party, bonuses, internet access, free flu shots.

      Cons

      Faulty air conditioner/heating systems, filthy offices, virtually no IT support, no equal inforcement of policy for all employees, little training available, little advancement, no annual job reviews.

      Pros

      A lot of work. Owner Vp are good people. Money isn't as good as other companies but decent if bonuses made.

      Cons

      General supt is a snake and simply put a liar. He will take other superintendents guys who they have trained and give them to his son who knows nothing about being a supervisor.
