Pros
Came for the lifestyle and it delivered. Provides the usual perks for a chalet host. The work is easy provided you have any common sense. Resort and Chalet managers were great.
Cons
Company is far too centralized. Head Office dictates every decision when they should be delegating to managers in resort. This lead to a fair amount of friction. Company seems to be on the way out. Squeezed from the low end chalet companies and the high end alike means making a living catering for the middle market difficult. Heart seems to have gone out of ownership and head office. never received ANY feedback from guests, may have been a quirk, but from experience it was only negative feedback which was ever fed back to staff in resort.
