Pros
Compared to other employers I found that powder white had recruited a great hardworking team, and kind an understanding managers. Overall their chalets were very easy to work in and the food supply/laundry/wine etc was very well organised. The accommodation for staff was good - however it did have a large range (so you could get unlucky).
Cons
Really low salary that you would not be able to have a good time on. Luckily the tips are generally good. You do have to work very hard - but that is just all chalet jobs.
