Supportive environment with growth opportunities, but demanding workload - Account Manager Power Digital Marketing Employee Review

Pros

Power Digital is one of the best agencies I've worked for. They do truly seem to care about their employees and there are plenty of growth opportunities. Overall workload is decent enough to manage (agency life can definitely be stressful at times), and all employees are given a ton of autonomy and flexibility. We get unlimited time off which we are actually encouraged to use, and it's a fully remote environment. As long as you get your work done, you are good to manage yourself.

Cons

I think the biggest cons of Power can be found with any agency jobs - lots of clients to manage, workload can be excessive at times, and clients can be a real pain. Lots of moving parts at all times to keep up with, and when you need to go out of office, you have to find coverage vs. just picking up where you left off last. While growth opportunities are plentiful, you are limited to leadership's timing and growth constraints.

Pros

Strong learning opportunities with exposure to a wide range of technologies and challenges, supported by talented, collaborative peers who are great to work with and learn from.

Cons

Work-life balance can be inconsistent depending on workload and business needs, and there is always the possibility of layoffs during organizational changes or economic downturns.

Pros

I've been at Power Digital for 5+ years, and I genuinely can't say enough good things about the workplace, the leadership, and the people I get to work alongside every day. There are a hundred things I could point to, but what truly sets Power apart is the people. Management isn't just supportive in a surface-level way, they actually care about you. Your goals inside work and outside of it. Your growth, your trajectory, your life. The investment Power makes in its people is real, and it's made working here one of the most formative experiences of my career. Leadership is transparent, and the opportunity for growth is unlike anywhere I've worked. If you're a self-starter who's motivated, Power will give you everything you need to succeed.

Cons

If I had to name a "con," it's that Power moves fast. There's always something to do, learn, or build. But honestly, if you have a growth mindset and thrive on being challenged, that's not a con at all. It's actually one of the most exciting parts of the job.
