Pros

Full-time remote work, unlimited PTO, and healthy work-life balance.

Cons

Leadership has no experience outside of the company - it's just a bunch of friends who only look out for their "crew." No cost-of-living raises, very few opportunities to develop your career, and you'll never get a financial promotion for your hard work or the multiple full-time roles you do - company is way too cheap! The organization may look like glam and sparkles on the outside, but it's a constant scramble and dumpster fire on the inside, especially with layoffs happening every year. Only would recommend this company as a jumping off point - you'll stunt your career and growth if you stay too long.

Pros

I've been at Power Digital for 5+ years, and I genuinely can't say enough good things about the workplace, the leadership, and the people I get to work alongside every day. There are a hundred things I could point to, but what truly sets Power apart is the people. Management isn't just supportive in a surface-level way, they actually care about you. Your goals inside work and outside of it. Your growth, your trajectory, your life. The investment Power makes in its people is real, and it's made working here one of the most formative experiences of my career. Leadership is transparent, and the opportunity for growth is unlike anywhere I've worked. If you're a self-starter who's motivated, Power will give you everything you need to succeed.

Cons

If I had to name a "con," it's that Power moves fast. There's always something to do, learn, or build. But honestly, if you have a growth mindset and thrive on being challenged, that's not a con at all. It's actually one of the most exciting parts of the job.
