Pros

Cool people you get to work with but you basically all become friends since you’re all miserable from the lack of sleep you get as your entire life is working

Cons

Too many to list, but to name a few- zero work life balance, you can work for 18 hours a day and still not feel like your work is good enough, if you ever speak up when something is wrong you will forever have a target on your back. Every person I worked with all got major agency burn out, no career path, low pay, they will sell you the world on the interview and then when you accept you quickly learn this is not the company that was described to you in the interview process. If you are in dire need of a job and have to accept a role here, start saving money for a therapist asap!

Pros

Strong learning opportunities with exposure to a wide range of technologies and challenges, supported by talented, collaborative peers who are great to work with and learn from.

Cons

Work-life balance can be inconsistent depending on workload and business needs, and there is always the possibility of layoffs during organizational changes or economic downturns.

Pros

I've been at Power Digital for 5+ years, and I genuinely can't say enough good things about the workplace, the leadership, and the people I get to work alongside every day. There are a hundred things I could point to, but what truly sets Power apart is the people. Management isn't just supportive in a surface-level way, they actually care about you. Your goals inside work and outside of it. Your growth, your trajectory, your life. The investment Power makes in its people is real, and it's made working here one of the most formative experiences of my career. Leadership is transparent, and the opportunity for growth is unlike anywhere I've worked. If you're a self-starter who's motivated, Power will give you everything you need to succeed.

Cons

If I had to name a "con," it's that Power moves fast. There's always something to do, learn, or build. But honestly, if you have a growth mindset and thrive on being challenged, that's not a con at all. It's actually one of the most exciting parts of the job.
