Collaborative environment, formal and structured training department, family-friendly/supportive managers, great location away from the major financial hubs (and traffic) of our market, respectful and fair, and constantly seeking growth. Priorities are clear - members and employees
Cons
Power uses an archaic email system, run very lean at times so can be taxing on some departments that have many tenured individuals with significant accrued PTO, no covered parking
