Micro-managing Hostile Work Environment - Accounting Power Kiosk Employee Review

As a startup they were trying to streamline processes and work became very micromanaged where we had to keep track of our duties with a timer. They wanted to build silos and then tear them down, so we were all cross trained but did not receive additional compensation for wearing more hats. Too many pointless meetings to prepare for instead of just getting work done. Had to fight the self-built platform to do my job correctly.
