      Lots of friendly and helpful colleagues as we maintain peace and harmony.

      Cons

      The TOP management always brings wars to the company, threatening job security, cursing with vulgar words, and even making life threats if work is not done. All are allowed according to the company rules as long as the TOP person is doing it.
