Fun Relaxed atmosphere, Nice people, flexible work schedule, New & growing facilities, compensation and benefits are not bad, not the best, but not bad.

Required to learn everything about the what company produces in a very short amount of time, NOT Humanly Possible!! to learn every aspect of the oil industry products and process used, in only a year.

The work was steady. Benefits were available. Uniforms were provided so we were not having to destroy our street clothes. Safety items were provided. Such as safety glasses, hearing protection and face shields and gloves.

Wages were the lowest for this type of work in this area. Policies handed down from management were not strictly enforced. Work area was at times difficult to navigate due to putting too many projects on the floor at the same time. Health insurance was too expensive for the level of compensation.
