      Pros

      Their mission is fantastic - to empower young women through play. Great kids and meaningful work. Managers are receptive and provide resources/support when asked.

      Cons

      Disconnect between upper management and lower staff. Upper management seems like they have lost sight of the mission and hardly interacts with the girls in which they serve. Diversity and high turnover rates are problems at this org.
