Diverse and Global Team - It is a very unique opportunity to work with people all around the globe Women in Leadership - I had never experienced this before and makes me feel very inspired as a woman Company mission - Everyone iin the company is very engaged and aligned with the mission Space to grow - the company is going throuhg a transition phase and growing the product portfolio. If the strategy is well executed there will be a lot of room to grow for the upcmonig years Working Remote - gives us a lot of flexibility and has been the ocmpany where I am able to have the most work-life balance I have ever had in my life.
Cons
Instability - the just went thorugh several reestructures to adapt to the market and transition into not only selling services, but selling serivces + product. Trainings - there could be more investment in trainings.
