Cant think of anything positive

Owner very greedy micromanager, dont care about their people at all. Never gives back or does anything extra for hard work. Terribly managed and the morale is bad. Nobody likes it there, unethical owner

- No day is the same & you can see a lot of Southern California. - If the company is busy you can earn a good amount of overtime & double-time.

- Unorganized Administration, leading to not-guaranteed scheduling. - If the company is not busy, you won't get scheduled which means minimal hours on your pay check. - You have to fend for yourself.
