Bureaucracy - no different from other govt agencies

Roles provide exposure to large scale, complex infrastructure programs with material community impact across the Northern Territory. There are opportunities to work with committed technical specialists and to build experience in regulated utility environments.

Executive leadership lacks clarity and consistency in strategic direction. Decision making is slow, fragmented, and often reversed, creating uncertainty and rework across the organisation. This leads to poor prioritisation, limited accountability, and a challenging operating environment that undermines delivery outcomes and workforce confidence.
