It is common to see employees in the same role for over years with no perspective on advancement. Burnout Culture: Leadership expects employees to work long hours, but this effort is rarely met with adequate rewards or recognition. High Turnover and Low Empathy: The company has a history of letting new hires go within months with little regard for the personal impact. People are treated as numbers rather than human beings.
