Pros

5 weeks of PTO to start-sounds great but actually you can’t ever take a day off, see they are so low staffed if you take a day off you come back to a backlog of work that you have to do. There are no back ups for your job, no support from management. Everybody “works” on their “days off”.

Cons

Nepotism has ruined this company. The CEO and her side kick have drove this company into the ground. They treat people like they are nothing. The annual raises are a joke. 401K match is terrible. Management is not qualified. HR is family members. Half the company is close friends of the family, be careful they are everywhere. Systems are down right outdated and awful. Leadership Team is only for looks, there are no good company decisions made, the CEO does what she wants no matter what. Everybody who works here is miserable. Christmas bonuses are a joke, they spend more on colorful staplers and trash cans than bonuses. Highly stressful environment. Low pay. NO diversity, none. Poor culture. It’s not worth it.

Pros

Our VP of Engineering leads with vision and integrity. He genuinely cares about building a collaborative environment where innovation and personal growth thrive. His open-door policy and willingness to mentor have made a significant impact on my career development

Cons

Our VP of Engineering is an exceptional leader who drives innovation and supports the team’s growth. I only wish he were local to Florida so we could have more in-person collaboration and face time, as his insights are always valuable.

Pros

Powernet offers great opportunities to all its employees to grow within the organization. The culture here is amazing and we all strive to support one another, because we care about each other and about the company as a whole. Powernet understands the importance of work/life balance and offers lots of flexibility.

Cons

It is a small company, so people wearing multiple hats and juggling several things at once can become an issue, but people are generally willing to lend a helping hand whenever we need it
