- No system - Those good at "just talking only without actions" can perform well, key is just to bootlick well - Nice ex-colleagues but since so many left, don't know abt the future environment - Nice tea lady

Cons

- Family business so there are always circumstances where the boss and management give different instructions, making employees confused and annoyed. - Delusional management who thinks they are always right - No foundation - All talk and no actions - Boss give confusing instructions and scold you when you understand him wrongly - Management expects employees to pick up non-urgent calls and do non-urgent staff after office hours - Management does not appreciate hard work or good work attitude - Little employee benefits - Management likes to talk big about future plans but nothing improved - Management does not trust their employees and like to micromanage employees - Poor leadership - No career progression - High turnover partly because of management's unreasonable expectations - High turnover makes existing employees' job difficult as they have to take over the tasks - Poor resources provided to employees for them to perform in their roles Advice to interested candidate to new job position: Think more before accepting offer. Pros

- Most co-workers are nice - Nice tea lady

Cons

- No work-life balance; bosses strut in after lunch and expect you to be at their beck and call even after office hours. You're expected to be in the office on-time the following morning even if you stayed back to burn the midnight oil - The office reeks of the smell of stale cigarettes - Family-style business; SOPs can be overturned by the big boss if he deems it to be inconvenient to him. However, you get reprimanded and punished if you don't follow SOPs too. - Employees are micro-managed to the point where you need to do your work according to the bosses' preferences. However, if you fail to meet your KPIs, it's your fault.
