You're expected to be in the office on-time the following morning even if you stayed back to burn the midnight oil - The office reeks of the smell of stale cigarettes - Family-style business; SOPs can be overturned by the big boss if he deems it to be inconvenient to him. However, you get reprimanded and punished if you don't follow SOPs too. - Employees are micro-managed to the point where you need to do your work according to the bosses' preferences. However, if you fail to meet your KPIs, it's your fault.
