I was cursed on, called names, pushed around, the immense mental torture was unbearable, despite being the best engineer on the team. All this just becasue I did my manager & I did not see eye to eye There have been "mass" exodus of people from this place, but management never learns thier lesson They've lost so many good people over the years, just because of misbehaving with employees So many horrible experiences thinking back, worst there is no one to take your greivance to - Pure modern slavery Root cause of problems: the 'Coach' and the 90% incompetent managers - don't know what they are called now
