Pros
Being truly objective, there are very little pros compared to a real company. The best I can think of is that there's a trader joes close by.
Cons
There are a lot of financial struggles. The landlord often comes by demanding rent which creates for a very down environment.
The company doesn't have a source of income or an investor so they struggle to find experienced employees. They take advantage of student interns to design and manufacture, but without any technical leadership to guide them. It's not right.
Even after I quit, the CEO continued to email me with very negative remarks, which he has been known to do to others as well. So be very careful about working here as it can be very creepy at times.
There is no benefit working here.
