      It's your own business, they have one of the best Platforms for a company and salespeople I have ever seen, great support. If you enjoy being an Entrepreneur you will enjoy this, hard work and long hours will bring in the results

      Cons

      You have to buy their marketing/business cards materials and have them printed, you have to find your own leads, warm, and cold, networking, referrals, and stock options will come later after the company goes public

      Always felt like a start up and never built off its foundations. Director Management and Exec teams did not learn from their lower level employees to discuss what works and doesn't work.
