As a second-year University student, one of the main benefits of completing the Practera Micro-Internship was gaining exposure to real-world business projects in a short timeframe. The two-week program provided an opportunity to develop practical skills such as teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and professional report writing while working on industry relevant challenges.
Cons
I did not experience any significant drawbacks during the micro-internship, as the program was well-structured, flexible, and provided valuable learning opportunities throughout.
