Company is more concerned about interacting on Teams rather than looking at claim denials and getting clients 100% of what they deserve. Questionable core values and ethics. Consistently monitored on teams and treated like a robot. Offers clients unrealistic expectations. Inefficient work processes leads to lack of completion.

We currently work with researchers who handle phone calls to insurance companies, cover sending claims as needed and smaller parts of the revenue cycle process. Billing specialists are expected and encouraged to build their relationship with dental practices to better provide timely needed information and support. As we have been growing, we encourage a sense of community through communication with Microsoft Teams. Just because this is a remote position doesn't mean we should feel completely isolated. This may not be everyone's cup of tea as not everyone is a social creature, but it is also not required unless directly from management. If you want to work hard and play hard, then we are the right fit for you.
