MANAGEMENT is a major issue. So scattered and unorganized. Stepping on each other’s toes and firing people left and right in the chaos. Certain people are in management that are extremely disqualified and don’t know how to manage. Will never own up to mistakes and “things they tried” that didn’t work and instead just fire people as collateral damage to their mistakes. Don’t listen to new ideas and are very stuck in their ways. Also big time favoritism happening which is not okay. Micromanaging at its finest too! Company is decent but they need to clean house in management and get new hires who actually know how to lead.
