Claim they're remote first but still want you in the office often. Which doesn't make any sense but they love to micromanage! Start off nice but man after like a month or 2, they begin being super mean and micromanage your soul out and it's a whole nightmare. There's a lot of very evident discrimination ironically towards women and towards POC when it comes to compensation and how they're treated. At least this is in the US. I've seen the people in Australia are treated so much better. Absolute garbage experience.
