      Meeting lots of interesting people, company's stated interest in environmental issues

      Extremely bro-ish, discussion of females when females not present is disturbing, tribalism, baiting young college grads with flashy perks in lieu of substantive quality-of-life investments in employee welfare, oblivious to legitimate employee concerns

      Pros

      The management usually keeps everone abreast of financials and what the trend is against the budget.

      Cons

      One week was the all hands stating that the company is not meeting their budget, the next week there was a RIF. I was 94% billable for the year and still was released.
