1.Hyderabad Office Location is in Excellent place. 2. for complete building,only one Coffee Machine is present,where out of war within bunch of teams,one Lucky Winner will have chance to get a Coffee. 3.Fantastic Fun Fridays where HR will screw Employees who doesn't have those mandatory Entertainment(Dancing,Singing,Riddle"s) Skill apart from essential IT Skill..(i love this culture Very Much.) 4. Here ,Every individual will have that strength of Politism Skill where if he Stands in UttarPradesh Electons,he can easily win it. Every Fresher will sure-shot get trained to a first ranked Skilled Politician. 5. Work Life balance is good.(as we have to work only 7 days X 8hrs a week).Remaining time we can't enjoy, we have to dedicate those time with HR to sustain our job. Very Friendly Culture. 6. i shouldn't forget the Support from Seniors. As they are true mentors who teach us to trap womens, party pubs, FunMasala's, how to make grooves on our Colleagues & smile from frontside. 7. I guarantee to one & All that after 1 year working here, you will confirmly have 0% IT Skills which learned at/After our College. Making us to work as Slaves on their Rare Tool/Politics. 8. I suggest to every IT person to join here to get Training on NON-IT tool thing. 9. Every brave FOX gets Credentials than true Working Soldiers which i like very much here.(Because of which i got out form Pragma).

1. Very Very very very Rare Tool that no one on this Earth uses it. 2. Its a Domain Based Company,not a true Software Company. 3. Get Well trained on Politics/Woman Trapping/Party Disco's/Women's Hostel Entries/Managing work with Politics. 4. Work life Balance is Great as i mentioned above. 5. Its Impossible to sustain for a True Skilled Work Oriented Human(Like me) here. 6. HR Domination in every team. 7. Open Friendly Environment to Date any Colleague. 8. Freedom to manage anywork/leave under HR hand. 9. HR Termination happens at a glance if our Senior Desire is not FulFilled. 10. Great Place to work to move to a niche space'd area & to Mingle form Single. 11. OnSite to US is a Biscuit thrown to that person where he is under HR Mind of Termination List. 12. you will learn how to get salary only using Politics. 13. HR Domination is too high. 14. Dating Culture is in peaks than Work Culture. 15. After working on that Tool,Again we have to start from Scratch to chnage to true Technical IT Field.
