Pros
Prairie is specialized in IT recruiting. The team and the owner are a technical staff with hands on IT experience. Some of the members of the team are from the development side, infrastructure, management or a combination of these skills. The team really understands IT and what candidates do and how they do it. It really sets the company apart from other agencies that don't have the same skill or experience.
Cons
Because the company is specialized in IT, the agency isn't able to help some of the clients with staffing needs in other areas. I'm not sure that this is really a con though since Prairie is a specialized firm. The team really knows what they are doing when it comes to technical clients and candidates. Stick with what you know!
