      There are a lot of talented people who are very dedicated to student success. The new president seems to be really trying to be forward thinking.

      Cons

      Lack of collaboration between divisions of the college. Student Affairs and Academic Affairs struggle to work together. Currently there are many open positions in leadership.

      Pros

      Grateful for the experience as a TRiO math SSS tutor here. Able to really take advantage of multiple different resources here to become a better tutor.

      Cons

      Pay not enough. Needs more full time tutoring positions to keep support services around.
