Pros
Loved the students at PV! You get a mixture but they made my time there worthwhile. They made up a little for the lower pay and lack of resources afforded by other types of institutions!
Cons
Really disliked the administration. Very sneaky tactics used by higher ups that unfortunately results in a lot of good employees leaving. Like a lot of businesses, they focus on the bottom line, not necessarily on quality.
