Pros
As a fresh chemical engineer it is good place to start. If placed in proper department you can get good exposure to basic engineering of distilleries and beer plants .
Cons
Their are absolutely no opportunity to change from one department to another. The work gets repetitive and people end up doing same work in same department for years. The salary increment is very small. One may feel the CTC is as per the industry standard ,but the take home pay is marginal. The company is crowded and their is little scope for innovation.
