      No work life balance, less holidays, less leaves, no corporate ethics, No medical insurance, Micro Management of work by senior officials, No flexibility of working, 6 days a week work culture

      Toxic high command, specific the Programs head and CEO are the ones who are not willing to understand employees concern and are only focusing on their internal dispute
