Leadership: - The founders have a strong vision for the future of the product and company and aren’t afraid to answer tough questions about the product roadmap and/or business. - They’re great at including employees in the decision-making process by asking for feedback often, so you feel like you’re really contributing to the big picture. Team: - Everyone at Pramp is motivated, hard working, and extremely intelligent. I’ve been consistently blown away by the work of the founding team and every team member that joined after me. - As a small team, we grow and execute fast — meaning that you can really feel and appreciate the contributions of every team member. It’s abundantly clear that people are invested in Pramp’s success: both in terms of caring about what we’re building and making sure we’re delivering the best experience possible.
